Before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy.

• Our chocolates may contain nuts, soy, gluten and dairy. 
• Latex gloves are used to create & serve our chocolates. 
• Anything that we produce and/or package in the store may have cross contamination.

Because of the nature of our business we can NOT guarantee anything we make to be Nut Free! Anything we package, in the store, may have come in contact with nuts.

 In the case of Nut allergies, cross contamination is a serious concern!

Vermont Nut Free items and Divvies Nut Free items are GUARANTEED to be Nut Free.

Candy Manor Milk Chocolate: Sugar, Milk, Cocoa Butter, Chocolate Liquor, Soy Lecithin and Vanilla.

Candy Manor Dark Chocolate: Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate processed with alkali, Cocoa Butter, Milkfat, Soy Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Extract.

Candy Manor White Chocolate: Sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils, nonfat dry milk, milk, glycerol lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin, salt and artificial flavoring.

Candy Manor Hazelnut Chocolate: Sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa powder, nonfat dry milk, soy lecithin, vanilla bean seeds.

Candy Manor Caramel: Corn syrup, sugar, light cream, butter, vanilla (water, alcohol, sugar, vanilla bean extractives), salt.

Candy Manor Truffle Centers: Yucatan Chocolate (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Chocolate Liquor processed with Alkali, Cocoa Butter, Butterfat (Milk), Soy Lecithin, and Vanilla), heavy cream, butter, mold inhibitor (water, potassium sorbate), invertase (glycerin, invertase).  Truffle flavorings include various liqueurs, vodka, marshmallow fluff, hazelnut oil, etc. 

Candy Manor Cream Centers: Sugar, fondant (liquid sugar, corn syrup), corn syrup, sugar, butter, heavy cream, marshmallow fluff (corn syrup, sugar, dried egg white, vanillin), salt, invertase (glycerin, invertase). Cream flavorings include coconut, orange, raspberry, strawberry, coffee, maple, etc.

Candy Manor Fudge: Corn syrup, sugar, milk or light cream, fondant (liquid sugar, corn syrup), margarine or sweet butter, cocoa dark chocolate (sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils, nonfat dry milk, cocoa, cocoa processed with alkali, glycerol lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin, salt), liquor chocolate (chocolate liquor, chocolate liquor processed with alkali, may contain milk, may contain soybean derived lecithin), dark brown sugar, light brown sugar, vanilla, salt. Flavorings include walnuts, marshmallows, marshmallow fluff, oreo cookies, peanut butter, pecans, pumpkin, raspberry, mint, etc.
