The quality of the product is amazing but doesn’t always ship well

I love, love your products. They all taste amazing. Unfortunately I have had a few orders where the dark chocolate pretzels have arrived in many broken pieces. I will always buy your chocolates when I am in Chatham , but I am reluctant to order by mail. I guess I should order something different next time.
